SNR Sons Charitable Trust which was established in 1970 is imparting education in the field of Paramedical, Engineering, Arts and science, Dental College, Advanced Training Institute and Matriculation Higher Secondary schools with approximately 15,000 students in thirteen institutions at Coimbatore. The trust has multispecialty hospital with 600 beds.
SNR Sons Charitable Trust has established SRI RAMAKRISHNA ADVANCED TRAINING INSTITUTE (SRATI), on 5th March 2007. SRATI has world class welding and plumbing Institute and lab to develop skills and qualify the technicians and Engineers.
Sri Ramakrishna Advanced Training Institute has established world class welding lab equipped with fusion and non-fusion welding equipments which is applicable for ferrous, non-ferrous and alloy materials.
SRATI Welding and Plumbing lab designed to the International standard.

- SRATI Welding Institute and Lab recognized and approved by Indian Institute of welding (IIW) under National Welders’ Training and Certification Scheme.
- International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO – India) and Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) recognize STRATI as accredited training institution for Plumbing Education to Employment Programme (PEEP) in India.
- SRATI is a corporate member of Indian Welding Society (IWS).
